If anyone is interested, Bob Harper from the Biggest Loser has a fan page on Facebook where he posts daily challenges. It's kind of fun and keeps things interesting. I'm not sure if you have to have Facebook or not to just be a fan, I guess you probably would. Facebook is fun if you don't have it yet! Anyway, here is the link BOB.
