Well, track season is over and actually, I'm not that sad about it. I hardly ever saw her anymore. I loved that she had something she was passionate about and that was so good for her though. Just wanted to post a few pictures of her pole vaulting. She is determined to be on varsity next year, she was so close!

Ihope she keeps up with pole vaulting. They don't do that at our school. I'm not even sure they do pole vaulting in that state of IL anymore. Seems to me like the deemed it dangerous because the pole broke too often. Isn't it great when tehy find something they really like.
See you in 22 days!!
ok that is one sport that scares me. she is so brave. Ü
Hey Laurie! I found your blog on my sister-in-law Gena's. I thought I saw your crew at church the day they blessed Teya. Okay, so can I just say that it does my heart good to see a girl pole vault. I did it for more years than I can think of at the moment and coached it for 5 and to say that I love pole vault would be a huge understatement. Good for Chelsey for doing it and to you & Glade for letting her! :) Too bad she wasn't old enough when I was coaching back when we lived in the same ward!
