just a quickie: I did it! I went to a step class. It was very spur of the moment and I'm sure I was the slowest one in there, but I made it! I'm sure I won't even be able to move tomorrow. It was circuit, so we did cardio then weights. Whew!

Way to go! Maybe your body was in need of a sudden change in activity to kick start the wieght loss again. Keep it up!
