Brooklyn

Brooklyn had a birthday!  Ok, so it was in September.  Because of Whitley's wedding, we had her party a little late and since then I've gotten a new computer and can't find where I stored all the pictures from it. But, she turned 14 and is now able to go to all the church dances!! She is way excited about that. 

 

She also ran cross country this year, but didn't love it.  She's never loved to run, but this is her first year of HS so the distance increased. She was only running a mile and a half and now it's 3.1.  That's been a challenge for her.  But she stuck out the season and was a trouper.

 

She had a dance performance I wasn't able to go to, but good ol' gram saved the day and got some pics for us.

 

 

 

She's growing right up and loving it.  She has good friends and has done better with her grades than last year as well.  She's even taller than me now!  Her teeth are coming along nicely and I'm excited to see that cute smile in a year or so when her braces are off.
